Quarterly Incentive Awards for April - June 2021
             
    Tunya Teakle   Swimming Tunya has qualified for the Queensland Swim team after breaking four records at the state trials including the 50m backstroke, 200 Individual Medley, 100m Freestyle and 100m Butterfly.
     
     
    Aliviah Gill   Futsal From her performance at the 2021 AFA National Club Futsal Championships held in Sydney, Aliviah was selected in the Australian Under 14 Girls Futsal team to travel to New Caledonia in April 2022.
     
     
    Joshua Roach   Athletics At the Australian Track & Field Championships, Joshua came 7th in the final of the 400m Hurdles and 8th in the final of the 400m. He was also a member of the 4 x 400m Relay team which came 2nd in the final.
     
     
    William Smith   Beach Volleyball William has been selected in the Queensland Under 14 Boys Beach Volleyball team.
     
     
    Logan Macready   Hockey Logan was a member of the Darling Downs 12 years Boys Hockey team which was successful in winning the 10-12 years Queensland Schools Hockey Championships in June. From his performance at this championship Logan was selected in the Queensland Schoolboys Merit team.
     
     
    Shari Gilbert   Cross Country, Aquathlon,
& Swimming		 At just 11 years of age Shari has represented the Darling Downs at the State Championships in the sports of Aquathlon, Cross Country and Swimming. She has also qualified for West Zone Athletics in the 100m, 200m, 800m and long jump and represented West Zone for Touch.
     
     
    William Ready   Hockey William represented the Darling Downs at the Queensland Schools Hockey Championships held at Cairns in May and from his performance at these championships was named in the Queensland Under 16 Schoolboys Merit Team.
     
     
    Chloe Jensen   Softball Chloe was a member of the Toowoomba Under 14 Girls Softball team which was runner up at the State Softball Championships. Chloe has been selected in the Under 14 Queensland squad.
     
     
    Kaidan Sack   Swimming At the Queensland Swimming Sprint Championships, Kaidan won the bronze medal in the 50m Butterfly. From this performance Kaidan has been selected in the Queensland Swimming Bronze Squad.
     
     
    Sienna Deurloo   Swimming At the Australian Age Swimming Championships, Sienna won the bronze medal in the Girls 15 years 1500m freestyle. At this event she qualified for seven events including the 800m freestyle where she came 4th, and also placed 6th in the 400m freestyle.
     
     
    Scarlett Sippel   Hockey Scarlet captained the Darling Downs Under 12 School Girls Hockey team to finish 4th at the Queensland Schools Championships and from this performance gained selection in the Queensland Under 12 Girls Hockey team.
     
     
    Oliver Colthup   Mountain Biking Oliver competed in the Queensland Gravity Enduro Series in the Under 15 division. He placed 1st at the first two events and will travel to Rockhampton in July for the third and final race of the series.
     
     
    Savannah Patterson   Hockey Savannah was a member of the Darling Downs Under 12 years Schoolgirls Hockey team who finished 4th at the State Championships. At the completion of these championships Savannah was selected in the Queensland Merit team.
     
     
    Jordan Webster   Swimming At the Australian Open Swimming Championships Jordan swam in the 17-18 years age classification where she won the gold medal in the 100m Backstroke and silver in the 50m Backstroke and 200m Backstroke. Jordan has been invited to join the Australian Flippers Squad and short listed for a team to tour New Zealand.
     
     
    Belinda Slatter   Para Athletics Belinda competed at the Australian Athletics Open Championships in the long jump and 400m. In the long jump her first jump was a pb with 3.79m jump coming 8th in Australia and 2nd in her classification F20. In the 400m she came 7th after calculating classifications. Belinda competed in these championships with a broken finger which happened 3 weeks prior.
     
     
    Emma Barram   Swimming Emma competed as a member of the Darling Downs Schools Swimming team at the Queensland School Sport Swimming Championships where she won the bronze medal in the 100m Butterfly. This performance secured her a spot on the Queensland Schools Swimming team.
     
     
    Lachlan Parker   Swimming At the Queensland School Swimming Championships Lachlan won the gold medal in the 200m Backstroke and silver in the 100m Backstroke. From his performance at this championships he was named in the Queensland Swimming Merit team.
     
     
    Ben Moore   Touch At the age of 16 Ben was selected in the Australian Touch Football Under 18 Men’s team. The team played in a trans-tasman series against New Zealand and won the series 3-0. Ben has also represented Queensland for Touch twice through school sport.
     
     
    Oliver Harding   Hockey Oliver represented the Darling Downs at the Queensland Schools Hockey Championships and from his performance at these championships was selected in the Queensland Under 16 Schoolboys Merit Team.
     
     
    Holly Nguyen   Muay Thai Holly was declared the winner and the new World Kick Boxing Federation Youth Australian Champion at the tournament held in June.
     
     
    Mya Gilbert   Swimming Mya competed at the Queensland Schools Swimming Championships, making the final in the 50m, 100m and 200m Backstroke and 200m Freestyle. This performance qualified her to compete at the Australian Age Championships in the 100m Backstroke. Mya has been selected in the Queensland Junior Development Squad for 21/22 season.
