Quarterly Incentive Awards for July - September 2018

             
    Ella Wilson   Cross Country After numerous setbacks during the season, Ella persisted with her training, and after getting on top of her health issues placed 3rd at the Queensland Cross Country Championships, and then went on to win the National Championships by 15 seconds.
     
     
    Kahn Asgill   Brazilian Jiu Jitsu At the Australian Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships held in Melbourne, Kahn entered into all four divisions he was eligible for, fighting in the 17 years age division of over 86kgs No Gi and Gi and also in the Open Weight Gi and No Gi. He won an impressive haul of four gold medals, making him the Australian Champion for his age in his weight division and the overs category in both Gi and No Gi categories.
     
     
    Bianca Markham   Softball Bianca has been selected in the Queensland Schoolgirls Softball team to compete at the Australian Schools Championships in Canberra.
     
     
    Aidan Donaldson   Target Shooting At the Queensland Skeet Championships held in Blackwater, Aidan won the Qld 28 Gauge Skeet Champion Overall, Junior Qld Champion in 20 Gauge, Qld Skeet Championship Junior Champion, Qld Skeet Carnival AA Grade High Gun, Qld Skeet 410 Gauge AA Grade, Junior Champion in the Qld Skeet Doubles, and placed 2nd in the AA Grade Qld Skeet Doubles.
     
     
    William Curran   Cross Country and Track Will won the silver medal in the Boys 12 years age group at the Queensland Cross Country Championships, and from this performance went on to win the bronze medal in the Boys 12 years at the National Championships. In the Boys 12 years 800m at the Zone Championships, Will won the gold medal and in doing so broke a twenty year record. He also came second to his brother Ned, in the 800m at the Regional Championships.
     
     
    Celeste Pratt   Cross Country Representing Queensland at the National Cross Country Championships held in Maleny, Celeste won the bronze medal in the Girls 14-15 years Individual Para, gold in the 14-15 years Para Team event and silver in the 14-15 years Para Relay.
     
     
    Quinn Croker   Golf Quinn represented Queensland at the Australian Schools Golf Championships held at Coffs Harbour. Quinn won 3 matchplay rounds, drew one and lost one. The Queensland Boys won the gold medal for matchplay, with Queensland also wining the overall boys and girls team championships.
     
     
    Kiarah Woodbridge   Netball Kiarah was voted the Most Valuable Player at the Queensland Under 16 Netball Championships, and has been selected in the Queensland Under 18 Country team and as a shadow player for the Queensland Under 19 team. She has also been selected as the captain of the Under 19 Australian Indigenous Netball team.
     
     
    Flynn Proctor   Football From his performance at regional level, Flynn has been selected in the Queensland Under 12 Football Squad.
     
     
    Holly Littlejohn   Football Holly captained the Queensland Under 14 Girls Football team to compete at the NPL Australian Youth Championships in Coffs Harbour.
     
     
    Preston Brown   Rugby Union From his performances in the Under 16 Darling Downs Rugby Union team and the Under 15 Darling Downs Schoolboys team, Preston has been selected in the National Indigenous team.
     
     
    Henry Reardon   Swimming Henry competed at the Australian All Schools Swimming Championships held in Hobart where he won gold medals in the Boys 13-15 years Multi-Class 50m Backstroke, Butterfly & Freestyle and Mixed 13-15 Multi-Class 200m Medley Relay, and bronze medals in the 50m Breaststroke and 100m Butterfly.
     
     
    Edward Curran   Cross Country and Track Ned won school, zone, regional, and state titles, and came 5th at the National Cross Country Championships in 2018. He came 2nd to his brother, William in the zone 800m and in doing so broke a 20 year record. He then beat his brother at regionals in the 800m taking the gold.
     
     
    Hayden Dorge   Hockey Hayden was a member of the Queensland Under 18 Men’s Hockey team wh\icho competed at the National Championships in Launceston. He has been selected in the Queensland Under 19 Schoolboys team to tour New Zealand in September/October.
     
     
    Kellie Kidd   Drag Racing Kellie has won the Australian Drag Racing Championship in the Modified Eliminator class, being one of only four women in a field of 45 men around the country. Through the season she achieved a National Round win, Runner Up and a Semi Final win to secure the Championship.
     
     
    Oliver Schubert   Orienteering Oliver has been selected to represent Queensland in the Australian Schools Orienteering Championships in Renmark, South Australia.
     
     
    Mitchell Dabin   Touch From his performance at the Darling Downs Championships, Mitchell has been selected in the Queensland State Schools 10-12 years Boys Touch team.
     
     
    Charlie Randall   Cross Country This season, Charlie has won the Boys 12 Years Range Zone Cross Country Championship, Darling Downs Schools Cross Country, GPS Cross Country and finished the season by winning the Queensland Cross Country Championships for the second year in a row.
     
     
    Isabella Kings   Swimming At the Queensland Schools Swimming Championships, Isabella won the gold medal in the Girls 200m Breaststroke. Outside of school swimming, Isabella has broken multiple records, most notably the 50m Breaststroke record at the Gatton Pool that stood for 18 years.
     
     
    Steven Spark   Boxing Steven has won the Australian Super Lightweight Belt to become the Australian Champion in this division.
     
     
    Jaidyn Teske   Indoor Cricket Jaidyn was a member of the Queensland Under 17 Indoor Cricket team which won the National Championship for the 3rd consecutive year.
     
     
    Ava Black   Netball Ava captained the Queensland Women’s Under 15 Netball team at the National Championships held in Victoria. From her performance at these championships she was awarded the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.
     
     
    Ella White   Hockey Ella represented Queensland at the Australian Under 16 Women’s School Sport Hockey Championships where she was a member of the silver medal winning team.
     
     
    Teketel Tyson   Cross Country From his performance of coming 4th at the Queensland School Sport Cross Country Championships, Teketel was selected to represent Queensland at the National Cross Country Championships.
