Quarterly Incentive Awards for July - September 2014

           
Caltex Energy Qld Incentive Award   Emily Innes   Volleyball Emily was a member of the Queensland Schoolgirls Volleyball team which travelled to New Zealand to play in the Trans Tasman Volleyball Championships. This team ultimately went through undefeated to take the gold medal.
           
Amalgamated Pest Control Incentive Award   Alex Perkins   Indoor Cricket Alex was selected in the Australian Under 13 Boys Indoor Cricket team for 2014.
           
Central Jewellers Incentive Award   Kristal Gill   Karate At her first ever GKR Karate Queensland State Championships, Kristal won gold in the kata and kumite (sparring) competing in the 18-34 years division, making her the overall Qld State Champion for her age and belt division.
           
McConachie Stedman Incentive Award   Matthew Baker   Triathlon Matt placed 2nd in his age group at the ITU Long Distance World Championships Duathlon at Zofingden, Switzerland. This race consists of a 10 km run, 100 km ride & 30 km run.
           
Rebel Sport Incentive Award   Hayden Vogler   Lawn Bowls As a member of the Queensland team, Hayden won a silver medal in the Boys Fours competition and a bronze in the Boys Triples at the Australian Under 18 Lawn Bowls Championships held in Darwin.
           
Clive Berghofer Land Sales Incentive Award   Travis Turnbull   Rugby League From his performance at the Darling Downs Rugby League Championships, Travis was the only member of the Darling Downs Under 15 team to be selected in the Queensland Under 15 Rugby League team.
           
The City Golf Club Incentive Award   Quinnton Croker   Golf As a member of the Darling Downs team, Quinnton tied for third at the Queensland Schools Under 13 Championships and was subsequently selected in the Queensland Under 13 Golf team to compete at the National Championships in November.
           
Geiger Civil and Electrical Incentive Award   Olivia Goodsell   Touch Olivia was a member of the Darling Downs 15 Years Girls Touch team which won and earned the title of state champions at the Queensland Touch Championships. From her performance at these championships she was selected in the 15 Years Girls Touch team to compete at the National Championships in Victoria in October.
           
Cooper's Joinery Incentive Award   Briana Suey   Hockey Briana was selected as a member of the Queensland Under 13 Womens Hockey team to compete at the Australian Under 13 Hockey Championships at Brisbane in October.
           
Wilsonton Betta Home Living Incentive Award   Harry Howarth   Hockey Harry has been selected as goalkeeper for the Queensland Under 13 Boys Hockey team to compete at the Australian Under 13 Hockey Championships in Adelaide in October.
           
The Athletes Foot Incentive Award   Tatum Stewart   Hockey Tatum has been selected in the Queensland School Sport Girls 12 Years Hockey team. She was also selected in the Qld School Sport 12 Years & under Cricket team.
           
Toowoomba Carpet Court Incentive Award   Jackson Wensley   Touch From his performance at the Darling Downs Schools Touch Championships, Jackson has been selected in the Queensland Under 12 Schoolboys' Touch team.
           
National Telephone & Data Incentive Award   Will Young   Boxing In July Will won the Australian featherweight boxing title. This title has not been won by a Toowoomba boxer since 1976.
           
Stonestreets Coaches Incentive Award   Sarah Coggan   Equestrian From her performances this year in the sport of equestrian, Sarah has been selected to represent Queensland for the 5th time at the National Interschool Equestrian Championships at Melbourne in October. This is an exceptional performance as she is only 13 years of age.
           
Hip Pocket Workwear Incentive Awards   Abbie Prendergast   Touch Abbie was a member of the Queensland Under 15 Schoolgirls Touch team as well as a member of the South West Queensland Open Touch team, which became the champions at the National Touch League Championships.
           
Holmes Smash Repairs Speedliner Incentive Award   Brendan Shelton   AFL Brendan was a member of the Queensland Under 15 School Boys AFL team which competed at the National Championships. From his performance at these championships he was selected in the All Australian AFL Team.
           
The Apprenticeship Company Incentive Award   Jack Apel   Cross Country Jack was selected as a member of the Queensland Cross Country team, to compete at the National Cross Country Championships at Albany, WA in August.
           
Sports Darling Downs Incentive Awards   Charlie Schoorl   Swimming At the National Primary Schools Swimming Championships, Charlie won a bronze medal in the 50m Butterfly. He had 11 swims at this championship and swam a PB every time he hit the water.
           
    Jack Kelso-Ribbe   Cross Country Jack was selected as a member of the Queensland Cross Country team to compete at the National Cross Country Championships at Albany, WA.
